4.3.15
Texture
Today we got really creative, using minimal products, but creating a maximum look. I really enjoyed the freedom of this session, and how you can create something really interesting with a small amount of product.

For my creation, I started by applying a full coverage foundation to my models face, and a contour. I used a full coverage foundation as blending greasepaints into it would be easier. Once I had finished her base I took a red greasepaint and decided I wanted to create a look that was almost mirrored in the face. Painting the greasepaint onto the face, I took my brush and finger, and blended it into the foundation. I then took blue and added it to the outer corner od theyes and above one brow.
Applying a silver colour aquacolour to the lips, I mirrored the silver by adding silver gems to the face.
I decided to add a blue feather but once I looked at it from a distance, I decided it was too much and took it off.
Overall I had a lot of fun in this lesson. I think I got a bit carried away with the feather, which just makes me realise I need to look more at what I am doing, instead of getting too excited!
