Schön!

Schön! is a British fashion magazine launched in June 2009. Created by German Raoul Keil who moved to London, the Bi-annual publication presents diverse ideas and talent, ranging from fashion and art, all the way to celebrities and conceptual photography.

The word Schön translates to 'Beautiful' in English, and  I think this is really shown throughout the magazine. Starting as an online magazine, it was made to create a community of people, who showcased their idea and talents. Eventually it grew into a beautiful print, and is now distributed in 43 countries.

I think the target audience for this magazine is people in their mid 20s, maybe slightly younger. This is because the content of the magazine is for people who are breaking through in their creative outlet, and also because of the covers. I think that the covers are really beautiful, because of their style, and glamour. I think the people on the covers are quite modern which is why the target audience would be a younger generation.

Overall I think this is one of my favourite magazines because of what it features, and its overall appearance. The clean, but cool style of it could be really interesting to take further.
